Cylindrical "barrel" cartridge format that spans the Mi Air Purifier 2, 2S, 2H, 3, 3H, 3C, Pro, and Pro H units. Xiaomi publishes three interchangeable media variants in the same housing (M8R-FLH original / HEPA, M8R-FLG antibacterial, M8R-FLP anti-formaldehyde) which is strong evidence the slot geometry is shared within this generation. The Mi 4 family appears to use a similar but distinct cartridge; treat as a separate slot until measured. Aftermarket sellers tag this slot with handle / unit model names (3H, 3C, Pro) more than the filter SKU.
Notes¶
Mi Air Purifier 3H (AC-M6-SC) is the higher-CADR variant of the Mi Air Purifier 3 generation. Same cylindrical filter housing as the 3, 3C, Pro, and Pro H, and (per Xiaomi's own cross-listings) the older 2S and 2H. Xiaomi sells three media variants (HEPA, antibacterial, anti-formaldehyde) in the identical cartridge, which is strong evidence the slot geometry is shared across the generation. CADR and room-size figures are manufacturer claims, not measured by the project.
