Front mechanical drum brake used on the Segway-Ninebot KickScooter Max G30 family, paired with rear electronic / regenerative braking. Segway's G30P/G30 user manual labels a drum brake on the scooter diagram, and Segway's product copy describes simultaneous front mechanical drum brake and rear regenerative electric brake. The commonly listed replacement is Segway-Ninebot part 14.01.0402.00, sold as a complete drum-brake assembly rather than as loose shoe linings.
Drum diameter remains unknown until measured. Some marketplace listings describe standalone shoe blocks by length rather than drum diameter, so this slot should not be merged with other Ninebot drums by model name alone.

The 650 mm x 170 mm deck dimension comes from a retailer specification for the Max G30 deck, while replacement-mat sellers list G30-specific grip tape / foot-mat parts without publishing a measured drawing. Keep G30LP/G30LE cross-fit as seller-claimed until the deck mat outline is measured.

The Segway-Ninebot KickScooter Max G30 anchors the 10-inch consumer e-scooter slot. Stock tire is a self-healing pneumatic with a sealant layer, marketed by Segway as puncture-resistant; aftermarket sellers offer tubed pneumatic, solid, and honeycomb replacements in the same 10x2.125 size class. The G30P and G30LP are regional variants of the same scooter and share the wheel. Segway's product copy describes the braking architecture as front mechanical drum plus rear regenerative / electronic brake; the drum-side replacement market is mostly complete drum-brake assemblies, not loose shoe-only kits. The Max G2 (newer generation) is not folded into this slot until the hub geometry is verified.
Cross-fit warning: 8.5-inch Xiaomi-family tires do not fit the Max G30 because rim radius is part of the slot identity. The aftermarket generic 8.5x2 pack listed on the Xiaomi units explicitly excludes 10-inch hubs. Replacement grip tape is listed as marketplace-claim only; seller pages identify G30-specific foot mats but do not publish a measured top-deck drawing.
